Root Cause Analysis
Root cause analysis will be completed on all residents who have frequent falls. RCA on residents can also be completed upon request from the facility.
Monthly Review
This service is for the facility and individual reviews for each resident who suffered a fall. FPC will conduct monthly meetings to review the previous month's falls and review interventions and findings.
Quarterly Reports
Once a quarter, reports will be sent based on averages collected from facilities of similar size.
What We Do At FPC
