Our Story​

I have been in the long-term care industry for over 12 years, holding positions from a treating therapist to Regional Rehab Director. Throughout the years, preventing falls has always been a passion of mine.  I created a fall tracking program within my facility that decreased falls by over 17%.  Fall prevention is a true interdisciplinary team task, and the program I implemented can help other facilities too.  I look forward to working with you and your team to reach the peak level of care!
